How long does it take Revend to build my model?

Once you have installed Revend's tag, it will take between 3 and 4 weeks to collect enough data to create a robust model. This model represents the upper and lower bounds of what a typical hour, day, and week looks like for your business and will automatically update itself for every new data point it receives. If deviations outside of this model are detected, you will be notified in real time via Slack or Teams.
Does Revend slow my website down?

No. Revend does not require a pixel or cookie to be active on your website, so does not negatively impact the speed or performance of your website in any way.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

A monthly subscription can be cancelled anytime, and will automatically end at the start of the month following the cancellation. A yearly subscription can also be cancelled anytime, and will end at the start of the next 12-month period following the initial purchase or most recent renewal.
Which metrics does Revend track?

Any metric you desire, as long as it is available to Revend via your analytics solution of choice (e.g. GA, Piano, Matomo metrics) or is compatible with one of Revend's many native connectors (e.g.Shopify metrics). Some of the most tracked metrics all center around your customer funnel, e.g. product clicks, completed checkouts, add to carts, promotion clicks, and completed purchases.
What can I do if I'm getting too many notifications?

If you find yourself being overwhelmed or annoyed by the amount of notifications your are receiving, we can adjust the sensitivity of your Revend model for you. If your plan does not support configuring this yourself, please contact us, and we will be happy to set up a quick call in order to find the configuration that works best for you.
What if I exceed my transaction or pageview limit?

If you find yourself consistently exceeding either the transaction or pageview limit of your plan (or both), then - first of all - congratulations! You are killing it! In this case, the Revend team will notify you and suggest upgrading your plan to better match your current situation. A 4-week grace period will be granted following this notification, after which Revend reserves the right to stop data processing if no action is taken.
